Delete your Mira account and data
In the app (fastest)
- Open Mira and tap your name or picture at the top of the menu (Profile).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the list of what will be deleted, tick the box and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. To keep the account but erase its content, use Reset on the same screen instead.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app or the phone, e-mail privacy@autonorms.com with the subject "Delete my account":
- if you signed in with Google, write from that Google address;
- otherwise include your recovery code (Profile → Account), so that we can find the right account.
We confirm and delete within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Everything linked to the account: profile and sign-in, conversations, memory, notes, reminders, people, recordings and transcripts, voice profiles, photos, health, money and place records, settings, credits and purchase records we hold, and reports you sent. Data disappears from our live system at once and from encrypted backups within 30 days.
What we cannot delete for you: data that stays on your phone until you uninstall the app (for example sleep sound clips), your Google Play purchase history (kept by Google), and subscriptions, which you must cancel in Google Play to stop future charges.
