Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-30
These terms are an agreement between you and TO BE COMPLETED ("we") about the Mira app and service. By using Mira you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who can use Mira
You must be at least 18 years old. You use Mira for yourself; one account per person.
2. What Mira is, and what it is not
- Mira is an AI assistant. Its answers, summaries, transcripts, reminders and suggestions are produced automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important.
- It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Health and wellbeing features (pulse, sleep and sound reports, relaxation, self-suggestion) are for general wellbeing; they are not medical devices and do not diagnose or treat anything.
- It is not an emergency service. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
- Reminders and alerts depend on your phone, its settings and the network; do not rely on them alone for anything critical, such as taking medicine.
3. Recording and other people
Mira can listen to and record conversations. Recording laws differ between countries and situations; in some places everyone must agree. You are solely responsible for using these features lawfully: tell people, get their consent where required, and do not record where recording is not allowed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Mira to break the law, harass or harm anyone, record people secretly where that is unlawful, create content that sexualises minors, or generate content intended to deceive. Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload or attack the service, reverse engineer it, create accounts automatically, or get around credit limits.
5. Credits, subscriptions and payments
- AI features use credits. New accounts may receive one-time welcome credits that expire after 30 days.
- Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play until you cancel them in Google Play. The credits of a subscription period expire at the end of that period; they do not carry over.
- Credit packs do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies, without affecting your statutory rights. We may change prices or credit amounts; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
6. Your content
What you say, record and add remains yours. You allow us to process it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use what Mira produces for you, subject to the law and to these terms.
7. Reporting
If an answer is offensive, harmful or wrong, long-press it and choose Report, or write to privacy@autonorms.com.
8. Changes, suspension and ending
We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or threatens the service. You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the account deletion page.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the assistant's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. Contact: privacy@autonorms.com.
